PART RELEASED SHIPMENTS

The importer is responsible for all costs relating to cargo that remains detained by South African authorities , notwithstanding the fact that part release of the shipment has been granted by the carrier. The costs payable include , but are not restricted to : cargo storage , tallying , handling , conveyance of goods to the state or counterfeit goods warehouse. Prior to granting part release of a shipment , Cosren reserves the right to request payment of a deposit in respect of anticipated costs for the cargoes left behind .
